A missing allergen. Sodium rounded the wrong way. A claim one step too far. Complion catches them on every label, from your first SKU to your fortieth.

Our co-founder, Eiman Raouf, spent 23 years in food safety, product development, manufacturing, GMP implementation, and regulatory compliance, working with FDA, CFIA, retailers, and food brands across many categories.
Most of the mistakes were small. A missing allergen, a number rounded the wrong way, a claim that said a little more than the rules allow. They slipped through because a label has dozens of details, and each market has its own rule for every one of them.
So we built Complion: that same review, run on every label, with someone who knows the rules still looking at the result.

Four tools that work from the same rulebook. Use one on its own, or run a label through all of them.
A gut claim is a health claim, and Canada only accepts those with evidence for the food behind them. This granola has none, and the back says it again as “gut-friendly.”
Drop the gut claims on both panels and lead with something true, like whole grain oats.
15 g of sugars is 15% of the Daily Value, right at the line. The front-of-package symbol has been required since January 1, 2026.
Add the “High in / Élevé en sugars / sucres” symbol to the top half of the front.
The brown rice crisps have barley malt extract, and barley is a gluten source. The “Contains” line has to name it, in English and French.
Print “Contains: Almonds, Barley, Oats. / Contient : Amandes, Orge, Avoine.”
220 mg is 6.5% of the 3,400 mg Daily Value, which rounds to 6%. The table says 5%.
Change the potassium line to 6 %.
Upload a finished label and get a line-by-line breakdown: the missing allergen, the wrong rounding, the panel that breaks a format rule.
Each flagged problem comes back as a ready correction, so you edit the label instead of researching the rule.
Ask about any flag or edge case and get an answer that cites the regulation behind it.
Complion checks your label against the regulations written for your product in each market you sell in, so every finding is a rule you can look up. Selling in Canada? The French copy gets the same read as the English.

| What gets checked | Whatever the reviewer remembers, and details slip when they read fast | Every rule for every market you sell in, on every label |
| When it finds a problem | A note that something looks off, then research to work out the fix | A ready fix tied to the exact rule it breaks |

One check is one label run through Complion: every element on it reviewed against the rules for the markets you sell in, with a ready fix drafted for each issue it finds.
About 2 minutes for the AI to check the label and draft the fixes. A compliance expert on our team then reviews the result.
Health Canada and CFIA for Canada, including bilingual English and French labeling rules, plus FDA 21 CFR and USDA if you also sell in the US. Nutrition Facts, ingredient statements, allergen declarations, and on-pack claims are all checked.
Every flag names the rule it comes from, and Complion reads every line on every label. After the AI check, a compliance expert reviews the findings and fixes, and makes the call on anything borderline.
Yes. Your labels and product details are used only to run your checks, are never shared outside the team working on them, and we are happy to sign an NDA first.
No, and no tool or service can give you that: the FDA and CFIA do not pre-approve most food labels, so the responsibility always sits with the brand. What you get is a label checked against the current rules and reviewed by a compliance expert.
